Draw your little light. Beside it, draw one small step you might try and someone who could help. Asking for help can be a brave step too.
What is one thing you wish someone understood about how you feel?
Finish this in your own way: “Something I wish you knew is…” You can write, draw, whisper to a trusted person, or simply think it. Sharing is your choice.
What would feel kind to you right now: company, help or a little space?
Ask someone, “Would you like company, help, or space?” Listen to their answer. Different people can need different things, and “no, thank you” is an answer to respect.
