What's free and what's paid?무료와 유료는 어떻게 나뉘나요?
Free: color on screen, save your picture, hang 1 picture in the Bacci Kid Museum, try on every frame, and see a certificate preview.
- Keepsake Certificate: the clean, printable certificate.
- Series pack: one coloring set, all 4 museum spots, every frame, and certificates.
- Age Collection: every set in that age group that's available when you buy. New sets added later are sold separately.

How do I use my unlock code?잠금 해제 코드는 어떻게 쓰나요?
Open The Bacci Kid Museum, tap Grown-ups, answer the quick math question, then type your code.
Bacci Kid 뮤지엄을 열고 Grown-ups(어른용)를 누른 뒤, 간단한 계산 문제에 답하고 코드를 입력하세요.
I lost my code.코드를 잃어버렸어요.
New device or cleared browser?기기를 바꿨거나 브라우저 기록을 지웠어요.
Your unlock is saved on the device you used. Just type your code again on the new device or browser.
잠금 해제는 사용한 기기에 저장돼요. 새 기기나 브라우저에서 코드를 다시 입력하면 돼요.
Can I share it?다른 사람과 같이 써도 되나요?
Yes, with your own household. Please don't share or post codes or files outside your family.

How long does it last?언제까지 쓸 수 있나요?
It doesn't expire.

Because these are digital downloads, sales are final once delivered. But if something goes wrong, we will always work with you to fix it.

You keep your unlock, or we'll give you a printable copy or a similar set.

Yes. Coloring and museum art stay on your device and are not uploaded to us.
