Phoenix Secrets Chopsticks Full Set (10 printable cards + tracker + certificate)

Make room for a first try, a gentle reset and a small moment of pride. The Phoenix Secrets Chopsticks Full Set gives children and grown-ups ten short, printable lessons for exploring chopsticks at their own pace.

Recommended for ages 5+ with active grown-up supervision. Watching, using adapted utensils or choosing another tool are welcome ways to participate.

Inside your 17-page PDF

• A cover and quick-start guide.
• Ten illustrated lessons: meet the spoon-and-chopsticks pair, understand the tools, choose a comfortable hand, explore the lower and upper sticks, practice opening and closing, try a soft-item activity, consider table manners, plan a restaurant visit and celebrate participation.
• A ten-day practice tracker; days do not need to be consecutive.
• A grown-up coaching guide with practical adjustments.
• A Chopstick Champion participation certificate.
• A Safety First page and a signed note from Dr. J.

One small lesson at a time

Try a short session of about five minutes or less. Read the safety page first, sit together at a stable table and let a grown-up choose suitable tools and large, soft practice materials. Keep practice items out of mouths. Stop for discomfort or fatigue. No forced grip, speed challenge or perfect performance is required.
