• No cash value. Bacci Kid Coins, points, and digital rewards have no monetary or cash value. They are not money, currency, or any form of financial instrument. They cannot be redeemed for, exchanged for, transferred into, or converted into cash or anything of real-world monetary value.
• Earned, for fun. These items are earned through play and are provided solely for entertainment, encouragement, and social-emotional engagement. They are not purchased, and they are not an investment.
• Non-transferable. Virtual items are personal to the experience and may not be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred to any other person or account.
• No ownership; subject to change. You do not own virtual items. We may modify, limit, expire, suspend, or discontinue any virtual item, reward, or the program itself at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
