Return and Refund Policy
Refund Policy
We want every family to feel cared for. This policy explains what can and cannot be returned. Because physical and digital items are different by nature, they are treated a little differently below.
Physical Products (Clothing and Canvas Prints)
We accept returns or exchanges of clothing within 14 days of the date you receive it. To be eligible, items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping and any reshipment shipping costs. To start a return, contact us at Baccikid@gmail.com with your order number.
If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Canvas prints and other made-to-order items are produced by a printing partner just for your order. Because they are custom made, they can be returned only if they arrive damaged or defective.
Digital Downloads, Keepsakes, and Books
Because digital files and books can be downloaded and kept immediately, all digital download sales, personal keepsakes, and book sales are final and non-refundable.
If a download will not open or you received the wrong file, contact us within 14 days at Baccikid@gmail.com and we will make it right by resending or replacing the file.
Personal keepsakes and downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be resold or redistributed, and the credit line on each file may not be removed.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. It may take several business days for your bank or card to post the refund.
