Practice at your own pace

Try one short lesson in about five minutes or less. Watch, point, talk, draw or try the movement. Adapted utensils, another tool and extra time are welcome. Read the safety page first, remain seated and let a grown-up select suitable tools and large, soft practice materials. Keep practice items out of mouths. Stop for discomfort or fatigue.

Choose the right edition

This Starter Trio contains lessons 1–3 from the Phoenix Secrets Chopsticks Full Set. If you already own the Full Set, you already have these lessons. The Full Set also includes seven further lessons, a practice tracker, a grown-up coaching guide and a participation certificate.
