These are lessons 7–9 from the Phoenix Secrets Chopsticks Full Set. If you own the Full Set, you already have these lessons.

Practice at your own pace

Try five minutes or less. Read the safety page first. Stay seated; a grown-up selects suitable tools and large, soft practice materials. Keep practice items out of mouths. Stop for discomfort or fatigue. Adapted utensils, another tool or simply watching are welcome.
